Brian Montgomery
President
As President of Commence, Brian is passionately committed to helping people achieve their dreams of becoming successful residential real estate investors.
He began his career in sales at a company based in Shanghai, China. After returning to the US, Brian joined the homebuilding industry as an Assistant Superintendent. Following his field training, he moved into the office, where he held various purchasing roles for production homebuilders.
Commence has enjoyed rapid growth under Brian’s leadership. He takes great pride in growing his team of talented, hardworking professionals who share the goal of helping Commence customers achieve high returns on their investments.
Brian’s proudest moments come when he gets to promote from within, identifying rising talent and helping them to evolve along their career path. ODC’s former receptionist is now Commence’s Preconstruction Manager. A “green” Construction Manager who exhibited phenomenal skill and character from the start is now Commence’s Director of Construction. This is all because of Brian’s attention to professional growth and giving people the opportunity to achieve their potential, both in the office and on the construction site.
