John is a seasoned financial leader with more than 20 years of experience in multinational corporations, private equity and venture capital. At Commence, he brings a wealth of knowledge in accounting and finance to drive strategic decision-making and foster organizational growth.

Holding key roles in various multinational corporations, John honed his skills in financial analysis and management, enabling his strategic approach to treasury management and planning.

Prior to joining Commence and its parent company, ODC Construction, LLC, John worked for more than 15 years at two multinational corporations in finance and accounting operations. In his most recent role, John was the North American Financial Controller responsible for $6B in revenue, go-to-market supply chain and a global team of direct reports (mainly in Asia – China and Singapore).

Upon leaving, John moved to Orlando, where he supported private equity investments in the material supply side of the construction industry – both commercial and residential. He has extensive experience in venture capital (SEC compliance, Fundraising Angel to Series D, as well as exits) and private equity firms (supporting leadership teams through acquisition, integration and ultimate sale).
