From the earliest days of his career in residential home building, Tony understood the power of data to drive efficiency and transparency. Under Tony’s leadership, Commence (a division of ODC Construction, LLC, the largest shell contractor in the southeast) leverages proprietary ERM software to ensure every build is backed by the smartest data in the industry.

Tony also has long understood the importance of relationships. By prioritizing open communication, transparency and customer satisfaction, Commence has established lasting partnerships with production home builders and garnered a reputation as a solutions-oriented company that puts the needs of its customers first.

An active and visible leader in the industry, Tony served as President of the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA), an organization with whom he remains engaged to this day.

Prior to working at Commence and ODC, Tony spent 13 years as a homebuilder for large and boutique builders where he was responsible for the construction of thousands of homes in Central Florida. Tony has led an impressive array of roles, including superintendent, purchasing manager, land development manager, project manager, and director of operations.
